Recently, Runescape revealed the Necromancy class in its latest update. The update brought a new perspective to the game, and today we will talk about RS3 Ghostly Ink, which you can use in Necromancy rituals!
The popular fantasy MMORPG RuneScape has just launched its first new combat skill in over two decades. The Necromancy update is now live for players to enjoy.
In this update, players will go on a mission to release lost souls within the underground City of Um. The patch adds nine new objectives; two difficult boss encounters, and the brand-new Necromancy skill specialization.
Players will be given a Death Guard and a Skull Lantern, which will allow them to call three types of undead creatures: skeletons, zombies, and ghosts. Up to level 70, the class can be played as a tank, after which players can convert to the power tree to do damage. The RS3 Ghostly Ink is one of them, and today, we will explain it to you in detail!
What is RS3 Ghostly Ink?
RS3 Ghostly Ink divides into two sections, Regular Ghostly Ink and Basic Ghostly Ink. You will need Basic Ghostly Ink in some Necromancy rituals. It can be purchased from Lupe’s Soul Supplies shop in Um City. At the ceremony location in Um, ink is used to make glyphs.
Regular Ghost Ink is a common ingredient used in Necromancy rituals too. It is created in your inventory by right-clicking and constructing 20 lesser necroplasm, a vial of water, and ashes. At the ceremony location in Um, ink is used to make glyphs.

The RS3 Ghostly Ink is a new addition to the game but is surely not the last. Jagex, the RuneScape developers, has also published a roadmap for new content. Another significant game update is planned for September, followed by a new quest called “Ancient Awakening” in October and a challenging new enemy to confront in November.
As the Old School RuneScape designers indicated when considering adding a new skill, player feedback has influenced these improvements. The team’s commitment to incorporate player feedback is palpable, and it contributes to the game’s ongoing success.
